Welcome to the Studio of Misfit Toys!

The prep for our first 4 -track session went like this:

• Create a loop of the drum breakdown from Tommy Roe's DIZZY
• Varispeeed to taste and record the loop to track one of the 4-track
• Overdub Guitar, via Altec 438
• then Bass, via Altec 438
• then drums in the BIG ROOM (modified Nady TCM-1150, in OMNI, 10 feet from the drum kit through an Altec 1612)
• add a little tape echo to the guitar and...
• blend!
